    Purpose: At HOTELERA ROCAMAR, S.L., we process the information you provide to us in order to deliver the contracted services, including the booking of hospitality services, and to send you personalized offers related to the company’s products and/or services. We also process the data of customers who have contracted our products and services to send personalized offers. To tailor our products and services to your interests, we may create a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile. Personal data will be retained as long as express consent is maintained and no deletion is requested by the data subject, for a maximum period of 5 years from the last booking and/or purchase.

    Legal Basis: The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract for the acquisition of a product and/or service, in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, Articles 20 and 21. The sending of promotional offers is based on your express consent. Withdrawal of this consent will not affect the validity of the contracted service. Consent is required for managing the sending of commercial information.

    Recipients: No data will be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. There are no planned transfers to third countries. No adequacy decisions, guarantees, binding corporate rules, or specific applicable situations are involved.

    Rights: Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether HOTELERA ROCAMAR, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, or request deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes collected. In certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of data processing, in which case we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
